Dear Parents and Carers

We're proud to launch our brand new Gwyn Jones website.  We hope it will be a really useful source of information for you and a good tool to help us improve our communications with our school community.  You can find the homepage here (or at the top of this page).  Please take a look around.  We've tried to make it easy to use whether you're accessing it from a computer or a phone. There's all the usual info (e.g. calendar, admissions, newsletters etc) as well as some new content to help you stay in the loop with our school community (e.g. our new twitter feed) and to support your child (e.g. links to learning ladders info and brand new year group pages - blogs coming soon!).  We hope you like it.

Below you will find information about next Tuesday's Harvest Festival, the upcoming Parents' Evenings, Parent Governor Elections, our 40th Birthday Celebrations, our prospective parent meetings and our recent Apple Day.

ParentMail / Dinner Balance

As you may know, ParentMail is our main way of contacting you. Please speak to the office if you need any help accessing it.

More information can be found here.

Apologies to any parents who received an incorrect message about dinner money owed yesterday.  We are working with our ParentMail supplier to try to prevent these rather frustrating automated messages.

Parent Governor Elections

Nominations are open for a Parent Governor. There is a letter on our Governors page which explains the important job that governors do. Nominations are open until Friday 23rd September.
